About Admission

There shall be monthly / Bi-monthly Examination for the betterment of the students. Minimum 60% attendance is necessary. However for such student there will be another improvement Exam. on the 5th day of the opening of the College on payment of Rs. 50/- as exam fees.

In each of the above examinations for subjects having practical a candidate in order to secure Honours must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the theory paper(s) taken together & a minimum of 45% marks in Practical Paper(s) taken together in Honours Subject.

The Admission of +3 Degree Courses started after publication of +2(CHSE & CBSE) result each Year. The desirous students are applied to take Admission through SAMS Guideline.

The documents for Admission are:

• Xerox copy of Mark-Sheet
• Xerox copy of Provisional Certificate
• Xerox copy of Migration Certificate
• Xerox copy of Original Certificate of College Leaving Certificate & Conduct Certificate.
• Four Numbers of Passport Size Photo

The Admission fee should be deposited as per the Govt. Provision and norms.

Important Instructions to all +3 Ist Year Arts Students for online Application

A. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:-

The Following documents must be made ready before starting the Application process.

• Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph in JPG Format with maximum dimension of 150px in width & 180px in height not exceeding 200KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format 50KB in size.

B. REGISTRATION PROCESS:-

• Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph in JPG Format with maximum dimension of 150px in width & 180px in height not exceeding 200KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format 50KB in size.

Step1:

For Registration, the candidate should have a valid & active Mobile Number and also have a valid & active e-mail ID.

Step2:

For registration please click (New User Registration) and provide the relevant data in appropriate fields.

This will take you to the Registration page

• Select Course Applied for from the dropdown list.
• In the Name field write your Full Name as per your HSC (10th) certificate.
• Enter a valid & active Mobile Number and email ID, which will be the registered for the entire registration process.
• In the D.O.B field, enter your Date of Birth as per your HSC (10th) certificate by selecting through the Calendar
• Now click on the Register button to get yourself registered. You will receive an OTP in your Mobile Phone and email ID.
• Provide the OTP to validate your registration and proceed for the Payment.

C.PAYMENT PROCEDURE:-

Payment of Application fee can be done through MAKE PAYMENT link . Payment can be done online through Net Banking/ Debit Card using SBI E-Pay

• After making a successful payment you will receive Login ID & password on your Mobile Phone and email ID immediately.
